Under the banner of the "re-group", our registered charity, "re-generation", links with "re-enterprises", its trading subsidiary, to operate as a social business.
Through the charity, our aim is to facilitate long term solutions to deep rooted problems. We provide access to funding and know how. Our approach is asset based both in terms of the way we look at people and where we seek to channel investment. The goal is to develop assets that will cause communities to thrive.
We are in the "re-formation" and "trans-formation" business, working in disadvantaged communities to bring positive social change. We support local people, of all ages, and local organisations, of all shapes and sizes, to develop their skills, capacity and resilience.
The trading company does much of the leg work, engaging with specialists, researching the issues, consulting with experts and developing the solutions; sharing know-how with others along the way. In addition to developing and delivering projects for "re-generation" the expertise and services of "re-enterprises", plus their associates, can be secured on a consultancy basis, bringing strategic advice and technical support to existing projects, start ups and other social businesses looking to become established, develop and grow.
